No, not on the development server. Working on the theme is done on the
development server (pumbaa.documentfoundation.org:7780) (now on the
theme "libo", just as its called on the live site, no longer under the
"david" title.)
If you got urgent fixes, then mail them to the list (preferably with
the full fix, i.e. the css code that should be added/modified is
preferred over "there's a problem, figure out what I mean and then fix
it!" :-))
