Nein.
In allen nicht-deutschsprachigen UIs ist es ohne Umschalt -> <Strg>+<i>.

und zusätzlich auch
<Strg>+<Umschalt>+<k>.

Mal ’ne vielleicht blöde Frage am Rande: Ist das nur bei mir so, dass
ich statt des Fs für Fett in der GUI ein B, und statt des Ks ein I habe?
Ob B,I, oder F,K hängt davon ab, welches Symbolstil bei dir
eingestellt ist.
