We have some good people and motivated people to work on the Design. It would be discouraging if we ask someone from the outside to work on it. I'm not against, but we should work with what we have. (I'm having also some new people which would like to join the developer team. (I come with Ideas and Ressources ;) - I'm not someone who comes without some hands to work on my ideas).
