Just to put in my 2 cents worth... if you havn't alright, I strongly recommend subscribing to their announce mailing list. I admin an OwnCloud instance at work, and we get hundreds of hacking attempts specifically targeting OwnCloud every day; it's almost as bad as WordPress. OwnCloud, for all of its usefulness, doesn't have the best security track record, and most of their releases come with security fixes.

We havn't had a successful hacking attempt yet, but it's just one of those things I host that I regard as a higher risk and requiring more attention.
