TDF decision regarding power of attorney

Hello,

following our statutes, I'd like to convey the following information to the public:

In a private call, the board has unanimously voted on giving general power of attorney to Berlin-based lawyer Mike Schinagl, who is not only a contributor to TDF from the first day and a member, but also the lawyer who has helped us making TDF possible.

Since he has been our de-facto legal counsel for nearly two years already, and has our full trust, the board granted him general power of attorney rights to represent TDF, which makes things easier for us.

There are no costs attached to this per se, payment will be handled on an individual basis when we need his advice, so there is no financial risk involved for TDF.

Thank you very much, Mike, for being our counsel, and for all your invalueable advice!

Florian
