Hi :)
Sorry! I'm sending this back to the list because i'm not sure if my
answer will work and your reply didn't look private or anything.

So is it possible to copy&paste the formulae separately into the Math
rather than the Writer module/app/program? Are the formulae written
or are they images/photos on the web-pages?
Regards from
Tom :)

Hello again
Sorry, what I was trying to tell is that text pastes all right (and I can
give it the format I want) but scientific formulae (if in a different format
from the original text) are erased or obliterated when pasting, so that they
seem to be not recognized.
Anyway, thanks.

Hi :)
If you use
Ctrl Shift v
then you can choose "unformatted text" to remove ALL formatting.

It is the opposite of what you were asking but has the advantage of
being consistent with all. The idea would be to then apply your own
styles to make the pages appear consistent with each other. It's a
good way to harvest information in usable reports.

However you were asking the exact opposite thing! ie how to ensure
you RETAIN formatting from a web-page! Either way around copyright is
a potential issue that you might need to consider but that is a
side-issue to your question
Apols and regards from
Tom :)

Hello
Some internet pages (namely those of wikipedia) de-configure when pasting
onto a text document. This typically happens with formulae. Is there any
way
around the problem?
