ありがとうございます。アドバイスは ど真ん中でした。

これは変化なしです。

効果ありました。ウインド装飾が変更になり、ちゃんとフォントサイズ変更ができます。
しかし、大変遅くて重い印象です。

これが一番しっくりきますので、これを使いたいと思います。

テーマですか・・・。とりあえずデスクトップ関係パッケージは
gnome kde4 の両方を入れてあります。
以前、gnomeの方を削除して使っていたのですが、現行の環境では、
gnomeをなくすと不安定になったので、両方入れて使っています。

libreoffice-gnome-debuginfo-4.1.6.2-4.2.x86_64
libreoffice-kde4-4.1.6.2-4.2.x86_64
