necesito bloquear la barra de tareas, es decir que ningún usuario pueda hacer modificaciones de los 
iconos que allí se dejen, ademas quiero saber si es posible colocarla horizontalmente.....para 
ubuntu 11.10 de antemano muchas gracias.

Creo que tu solución es proteger la hoja, o el documento.

O quizá te gustaría explicarnos mas de la situación a ver si una lluvia
