[ja-discuss] OmegaTを使って翻訳をするための文書を書きました

野方です。

少し前に翻訳の質の話題が出ていましたが、機械の力である程度まで質が
上がるなら、そのほうがいいかなーと思って、翻訳ツールのOmegaTを使って
翻訳するためのガイドをWikiに書きました。

そして、試しにOmegaTのチームプロジェクトも作ってみました。

書きかけの部分もあるし、わかりづらいところもあるかもしれませんが

さて、書き終わってから気がついたのですが、ドキュメンテーションチームが
OmegaT使ってて、まったく同じドキュメント書いてた… orz
