[libreoffice-website] Names for the Chinese (Taiwan) on the site

Hi Christian,

I'm forwarding a mail I received from the Chinese (Taiwan) team 
concerning the name of their language.

I am sorry that I had forgotten to include the name of zh-tw.
The name in Chinese is "中文 (正體)" and in English is "Chinese
(Traditional)".
