           Priority: medium
             Bug ID: 60746
                 CC: website@global.libreoffice.org
           Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org
Summary: Development page is named "developers-2" instead of
                     "developers"
           Severity: minor
     Classification: Unclassified
                 OS: All
           Reporter: qubit@runcibility.com
           Hardware: Other
             Status: UNCONFIRMED
            Version: unspecified
          Component: WWW
            Product: LibreOffice

URL<https://www.libreoffice.org/developers/> redirects to
<https://www.libreoffice.org/developers-2/>

It would be cleaner to have the canonical URL be
<https://www.libreoffice.org/developers/>.

If I change the webpage name to "developers" and 4 pages are dependent of this particular webpage, will SilverStripe update the links automatically from "developers-2" to "developers"?

And of course, there is always the question of some other rogue pages referencing to "developers-2". We (I) have been caught before with renaming a page and then hearing people complaints of broken links.

I think Christian had a fix for this if we ever had to change names or pages.

Cheers,

Marc
