Hi :)
Could be 1 of 2 different things (afaik = as far as i know)

1.  You may have gone into "print preview" in which case you might notice a button on the top
icon-bar (tool-bar) that has a tiny picture of a printer on it.  There are 2 very similar buttons
very close to each other.  If one looks like it is stuck pressed in then click on it again to
unclick it.  If both buttons look the same (apart from one having a magnifying glass) then neither
is pressed in.

2.  You might have zoomed out that  far.  There are several ways to deal with that;

a)  Go up to the "View" menu and change the factor to something more reasonable.  Try a  few
different ones

b)  On the grey(ish) status-bar at the bottom of the window that contains the document on the far
right is a little slider with a blob in the middle(ish) (or rather probably far off to one side
right now but it should be in the middle normally).  Grab the blob with your mouse by pressing and
holding the left mouse button in.  Drag the blob left and right until you have zoomed just about
right.  Then let go of the mouse's left button

c)  Press and hold the Ctrl key and roll the mouse wheel backwards and forwards.  Stop rolling when
the document is readable and then release the Ctrl key.  It's ok if you release things the other
way around but just means the document scrolls up&down a bit.

Errr, that's all i could think of!  Someone else might write in with other ideas or explain the
same ones in different ways!  This type of support is more of a team game rather than just getting
1 persons opinion which might/might-not be right.  It does take a bit of getting used to.

Good luck and regards from
 Tom :)

I am editing a text document and it is displaying it as three tiny pages instead of a single page
or part thereof to edit.  My understanding is I have to 'unhide' my status bar so I can click some
sort of icon that will put me back in text edit mode showing only the part of the page I am working
on.  The problem is how to I turn on my status bar?  I checked all the other icons that I currently
can see and none are the one described in the help online.  Also, I am older and am used to being
able to phone in a question.  This is very frustrating that I had to spend over half an hour on
this and get nowhere so, can you please provide a phone number ie. 1-800.  Thank you.
