In this case, as it could not be considered a meeting due to these
circumstances,I don't think we need to make the notes or recording made
official on our marketing meeting wiki page. IMO, we really need to meet
in an open and transparent manner to consider it an official meeting.

Of course, but the room was locked without any apparent reason (the
locker icon was open, and I followed the same procedure of all the other
times I have managed a call).

Unfortunately, the administration interface of our free service is in
German, and although I know some words I couldn't sort out the locked
room problem.

I saw that you were on IRC, as I was connected myself, and I also
received a couple of emails. I told Drew and Charles that you and Craig
were trying to enter the conference call but I wasn't able to let you in
(for unknown reasons, because the room looked open).

So, we had a general discussion about the certification program, which I
think can be published online as it was informative. We didn't talk
about any specific project, and we didn't take any decision.

Right - from time to time things happen - that's life. It is not that
big a deal really, it's just good to stick with the basics - we have
open discussions, which means that phone calls are recorded and posted.

That's it - all I'm saying is stick with the normal course we take
otherwise.

Best wishes,
