Hello blackcrack,
please note that our mailing list uses English as the working
language, so (in the interest of all the not-so-German-enabled) it'd
be a good idea to use that instead.
In any case, we recognise that the toolbars of the Windows version of
LibreOffice 3.6 may not look perfect and will hopefully refine that
again for 3.6, but I think the change away from sickly blue to light
greys is rather for the better.
I personally also think that introducing user-changeable themes would
not be a very productive use of developer time. (If you're up for it,
though, you can certainly make a patch and get it in.)
