Thanks all, The US has been a difficult market to makes inroads into,
Indiana has done some good things with Open Source in the classroom to the
point that my children had to turn there assignments in in ODF format to
school. Recently I have been getting inquiries into materials for other
schools around the midwest. Thanks to the EDU project I have been able to
come up with some decient items.

I am ready and willing to help out the US Marketing Team in whatever
capacity the Community would like.

Hi James ... sorry, first off, could we keep to bottom posting? It seems to be the way to work on these lists.

Great new re: your children! I am pushing this a lot with our local school board and they are at the point where the IT department is using OpenOffice at home and at least now, they are listening. Like they say "Once the fuse is lit, there is not stopping it."

I would be interested in comparing notes with you at some point when things are a little more organised.
