Please forgive me for my English. We used Google translator.

At work, recently switched from MS Word on the LO Writer.
Problem. The document you want to create a dual numbering. At the bottom of
page 1 and so on. And at the top with an offset, for example, 20 pages.
In Word, it was decided to create a field: {= {PAGE} + 20}.
In Writer, if you try to set the offset greater than the number of pages in
the document was blank.
Can you solve this problem in the current version or will it be in future
revisions or it is not solved.
Thank you for your attention.

Google.
LO Writer.
