Hi :)
Sorry for the lack of responses so far. Surely something like "DATE" or
"TIME" do the job? Hopefully tons of people will now write in to let us
know how wrong i am and what the right answer is because tbh i haven't a
clue and haven't checked! Sorry, i know that's outrageous!
Many apols and regards from
Tom :)

I am not a programmer, and don't understand macros, so please be careful

overly-technical jargon. That being said...

I have used spreadsheets since the mid 1980's, and am looking for a way to
insert a static time and date stamp. When I use the NOW and TODAY
functions, the stamp ages along with my computer's clock.

I am creating an invoicing system, and want the static date and time to
match both on the printed invoice and on the electronic copy of the
spreadsheet, no matter when I pull it up.

Manually typing in the date and time is unacceptable, and I can't find a
way in the functions menus to do what I need. This function was available
in 1-2-3, AmiPro, As Easy As, and several other DOS and post-DOS
applications; I would like to know how to make this work in LO. Thank
you.
