yes, but I don't want the workload to be only on the l10n team shoulders :)

Also, perhaps requiring string reviews on patches with new or changed
strings could be an option. I'm pretty sure we could find someone to
gladly do these reviews within the community. :-)

+1 I hope to find somebody from the UX team who would be interested in
this task.
