Ik vermoed van niet. Het is niet direct gerelateerd aan het feit dat ODF
een OASIS/ISO-standaard is.
En TDF is al lang een degelijke foundation.
Wat ik begrepen heb, is het een initiatief van OASIS om anderen met
opensource-plannen te faciliteren door een formeel/organisatorisch kader
te bieden.
Hoop dat dit een beetje de context verduidelijkt :)
