Icons are chosen from Snapshot 3.6.2.1: /icon-themes/tango/cmd/lc_* according
to /sw/uiconfig/swriter/toolbar/standardbar.xml, all double checked for
presence in standard setup. The function name was taken from toolbar button
hints. To make our intention clear: the icon test just analyses the strength
between label and icon by means of association, differentiation, and
conspicuousness. Low values reveal either bad label or inappropriate icon
design, or rather the relation between both. It serves as indicator for
possible improvements.

BTW: During setup of study I noticed some flaws.
* Hints are not consistently labelled (e.g. Table is shown but 'Insert
Table' would be better because Verb-Noun should be used consistently).
* Some text looks like code with camel case (AutoSpellCheck).
* And last but not least I'd like to challenge some labels (e.g. 'Document
as E-mail' but 'Send as E-Mail' or 'Export Directly as PDF' compared to
'Export PDF' sounds better to me), but that might be due to my bad English
skills.
