[libreoffice-l10n] Contribute in translating

Hi,

my name is Pasquale Imbemba, and I'd like to contribute into
translating LibreOffice.
My two first languages are German and Italian, my English is very fluent.

I'd need to know about the translation process (tools,
repositories,...) and what's to be done.
