Hi :)
Good post!  Thanks :)

This is a good first place to ask about almost anything.  If we don't know or if we think other
places might want to have their say then we can always "signpost you" but people on this list might
also carry on discussing the issues here too.  I think a lot of us, especially new people here,
don't quite realise all the different teams that work on different things in LibreOffice.  So
signposting helps us let people know of other ways they might be able to get involved with
LibreOffice.

I noticed that Ctrl and mouse-wheel does zoom in and out.  So presumably it might not be too tough
to add the Ctrl and + or - to do the same thing.  I suspect that if you use Gnu&Linux you might be
able to reconfigure your own keyboard or create keyboard-short-cuts as a temporary work-around but
it would be much nicer to have the feature properly implemented in LibreOffice.

It is possible to post "feature requests" but the way we do that is by using the same system as we
use for bug-reporting and that feels a bit strange sometimes.  It is the most efficient way even
though it seems odd.  So the guide on posting bug-reports is somewhat useful but asks for things
that you obviously don't need to give for a feature request.  Then one of the drop-downs has
"feature request" as one of it's options.

Regards from
Tom :)

Subject: [libreoffice-users] Suggestion: Change the zoom with Ctrl+ Plus(+) and Minus(-) Key
shortcuts

Hello. I think it would be a good idea to add a shortcut when you are Editing
Text to make bigger the zoom with Ctrl+ Plus(+) and smaller with Ctrl+
Minus(-) like the internet browsers.

In normal view there is a zoom in and zoom out shortcut with Plus(+) and
Minus(-) Keys, but not at the editing mode.

In fact, I think it would be better to use the Ctrl+ Plus(+) and Ctrl+
Minus(-) in the normal view too, because its a more standard way.

*This it's my first email and I am not sure this it's the best threat for
suggestions. Sorry if I have put it in the wrong place.
