I see that the behavior is different from what happened on this list:
rather than getting a pop-up to remind me that I must be a subscriber, I
always get a "restricted" form. I've filled it out half a dozen times with
no reply; it seems that nobody reads the requests.

I read them and just tossed them aside - thought it was a registration
problem, you should have been smart enough to figure out for
yourself...sorry.
The message didn't include custom text, I didn't thnk - oh well it like
everything else - you get what you pay for.
It should be fixed now.
