Is there any way to print a document into the PocketMod booklet layout?

The layout photo above would probably be more clear if "B" and "F" (standing
for back and front) were Numbered "1" and "8" respectively. But you get the
idea.

I can figure out how to get 8 up on a page, but not to have the order and
orientation be as it is shown above.

Any thoughts? Could a plug-in do this?
