The German LibreOffice-Box site is working on a German language European 
DVD, the hopefully will have the other European languages.

The North America Community [now looking like a Americas Community DVD] 
will be for this region including English, Spanish [traditional], French 
["moderne" version], and maybe adding Brazil's Portuguese if we go south 
of Mexico. I do not know if anyone are working on an Asian, Oceanic 
[Australia and the islands north and south of it], and Africa regional 
CDs or DVDs.

Most people will be willing to go directly to the LibreOffice.org web 
site.  The DVDs are useful for company installs and installs for 
low-bandwidth access, dial-up access, unreliable access, those people 
who would want to download an entire DVD, or those who have computers 
that do not have Internet access, and/or do not want or cannot want to 
try to download such a large file.  Such a service was started for the 
OpenOffice.org package and has many regional web site mirrors and sites 
to download the DVD/CD ISO files or order a physical disc from someone 
in your area of the world.  I am working on the one to be used in 
this/my part of the world, the USA region plus north and south of its 
borders.

The issue with other languages other than English, are the needed files 
for those languages.  Install files for LibreOffice are in 113 localized 
languages.  The Documentation, templates, extension add ons are not 
there yet past the initial English release.  The German language 
extensions [.oxt] are becoming available, but I do not see Spanish or 
French version as of yet.  I do not know how those add ons will look in 
a Spanish install of LibreOffice when you install the "English" versions 
of those extension files.  Plus I do not know what the LibreOffice and 
OpenOffice.org documentation will look like when they are translated by 
a free service like Google provides.  I do not read or speak any other 
language [except computerese that is] so I could not tell you.
