No problem. I would have been interested on people's opinion on the
design.

Understood - an email to the design list with the link to #2 seems in
order then. Like I said both could go to the general marketing items
area on the wiki, as for SCALE I have till Saturday (last day for lead
time) and it could still make it to the printer. But time is pretty slim
now for iterations and #2 will take a few more - I'd be happy to push
the svg file to the wiki as is, or direct to you, if you want to give #2
some love?

Hey, really, no problem with #2. Just go for #3 and we could always try #2 elsewhere. Nice work. I also like Fabián's design for handouts too. A lot of good ideas and designs.

Also, I asked on the design list for the URL to the jewel case cover art
which had been mentioned in the MLs a while back, one of the folks on
the German team has it under their personal space on the wiki. I can't
find the URL in the mail archives and can't remember where it is on the
wiki, haven't heard back on that yet. If you or someone else here
recalls where that is it would really be nice, was hoping to get a
running start by starting from that as a base.

Is this it?: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/User:JeHa

As for the donations for printing, still something to wish for.
Who knows, maybe by this time next year we will be basking in funds for
conferences. Looks like your inkjet is set for a good workout.

:-) never know whose lurking on MLs...

BTW ... thanks for all of this work for the SCALE meet. It is well
appreciated. Same goes for all of the team at SCALE. Take lots of photos
for the blogs. It would be nice for the rest of us to see.

Video - mate - if the upload is fast enough I'll try to do a daily video
blog from the show. Note that I've ever done that before, but it sounds
like fun. It seems like it would be cool to do a roving reporter, man on
the street, type of interviews with attendees: Hi! Mind telling me what
you think of LibreOffice? poke camera in face, hit record..

Still pics also, for sure.. :)

Note the mail client breaking subject line change (see I do follow the
other mailing lists..lol)

Could I ask you (and Ben) to make one last change to the ... 'LibO
Flyer' ... files. Would you change the logo on the side of the plane to
the new community logo, same one I picked for the disc label I would
think, but it's up to you. I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Drew

I'll update mine and will let Ben know when I see him on gmail or I assume he'll be reading this too.

Cheers

Marc
