so does

Ah, OK, so misunderstanding. I tought it would be set by default. -
That 4.0.0 still appears in the available versions is because it is
still available on the download server in the stable directory.

http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/

Once 4.0.0 gets removed from that (and only be available from the
downloadarchive), then the choice will vanish from the downloadpages
as well.
