Hi :)
Yes, the meeting happened but decisions lack gravitas due to the low number of
people involved. In small new(ish) (within the last 20 years) co-operatives the
ideal work-around is for the next meeting to vote on accepting the minutes and
separately vote on accepting the decisions made. Inevitably there is 1
contentious issue that needs to be put on the Agenda for the next meeting, or a
special meeting might need to be called to discuss the single item. However,
the remaining decisions can all be ratified by a 'single' vote (well, assuming
the majority (or whatever is required) vote in favour of accepting the
decisions). It's fairly pointless re-discussing everything since most items
tend to be fairly clear-cut anyway. One always hopes that there is no
contentious issue but there is always at least 1 person that likes to make a
fuss about something. Herding cats is apt.

If there is nothing in the TDF rules about this sort of situation then i
recommend establishing something like the co-operatives often use, as described
above.
Regards from
Tom :)

Right - from time to time things happen - that's life. It is not that
big a deal really, it's just good to stick with the basics - we have
open discussions, which means that phone calls are recorded and posted.

That's it - all I'm saying is stick with the normal course we take
otherwise.

to me, it's evident that this has been no "official" meeting,

Well for the record - I recognize it as an 'official' meeting. The fact
that two people could not gain access could of led us to call the
meeting off, but that is not what happened.

Italo opened it, ran over an agenda and closed the meeting.

This is not about specifics, least not to me, of what was said during
this meeting it is about the general principle - it is unacceptable to
just decide that something didn't happen, after the fact.

Sincerely,

Drew Jensen
