Thanks for reply, i'll look into that. The tables i am using dont all have the same dimensions, 
it's only the spacing below that is (nearly always) the same, to adequately space the following 
text from the bottom of the table. I can always add an extra row at the bottom since my tables are 
borderless; but if they weren't this wouldn't be possible. With other rows i can change row height 
to alter the spacing but this won't work on the bottom row.

 If you use the same kind of
 table often, then you should try to use a 
 workflow with table as AutoText.
