[libreoffice-website] LibreOffice.org new homepage concept

Hello world,

I made a concept for a new home page for the LibreOffice.org website. You can display it here: 
https://www.libreoffice.org/proposedhome
It's a wip, but mostly everything works (aside from the download button hover). I have just joined 
the mailing list so apologies if I missed some related points discussed earlier.

To better illustrate my points I made annotated screenshots of the current homepage 
(http://www.bounceapp.com/86197) and the new one (http://www.bounceapp.com/86200).
I want to work on the header and the navigation as well but I thought it's better to start with 
this.
