Ok, so we don't have a project for Kabyle (kab) yet and need to set this 
up. There is guidance here:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/LibreOffice_Localization_Guide
on how this process works.

The two main jobs are the translation and creating a 'locale data file' 
- which is a file that tells LibreOffice how number/date/currency 
formats work (for example, in US English you normally have 
month-day-year whereas in UK English you have day-month-year). There's 
some information here 
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/LibreOffice_Localization_Guide/How_To_Submit_New_Locale_Data 
about that. We can help you with that bit if necessary.

So if you create an account on Pootle 
(https://translations.documentfoundation.org/) and let us know the name, 
I can set up the translation files for you.
