I've now made the changes Ron listed to Writer Guide chapters 1 & 2. I have
also added and changed some text in Chapter 2 (using the text from Chapter 2
of Getting Started), to make some topics correct for LibreOffice. I shall
mark these chapters on the /Doc/Development page as ready for proofing.
