Using LibreOffice Writer 3.4.4 on Mint 12 KDE. If I create a document, then
export to PDF, the author is set to the user info as defined in the
Options>User Data section. In File>Properties, I can deselect "Apply user
data" and the author info will no longer be exported to a PDF. However, if I
subsequently change the Options>User Data information, the new information
will not be exported to PDF, even if a reapply the File>Properties>Apply user
data. Is there another way to change the author info in an existing document
so that I can export it to a PDF?

Hi Russ,

Well it works for me.

I have to do the following:

With the document open,

Tools>Options>User
        Change user name information

        Close the options dialog

File>Properties

With the checkbox 'Apply User Data' ticked,
        click the RESET button

Close the properties editor

File>Export to PDF
I'm exporting as PDF 1.5, picks the name change up
        every time.

-Using LibO 3.5.2 / Ubuntu BTW
