I told Olivier that I tried creating an account with Wiki and couldn't complete the application because I didn't get a confirmation email from wiki.
Olivier hasn't given me access to Nextcloud yet.

There is not a confirmation email until Olivier or someone else gives you
the proper privileges for the partition, I think. Please take a note of
your username and your TDF UID credential as they might not be exactly the
same. And welcome to the team!

The e-mail is supposed to be sent at registration time, to confirm the
registration in full.
The NextCloud access can be done only after the registration is fully
completed, and the username is validated in the LDAP server.
When our infra team don't see your username, it is because the
registration process did not end.
The mail hostmaster@documentfoundation.org is the channel to sort the
registration issues.
