I agree with Florian. The certification program should be on the
LibreOffice domain.

Certification is a project of The Document Foundation, and as such
should be related with the organization. In addition, certifications are
issued by TDF, and TDF is responsible for organizing the process,
providing the infrastructure and ensuring the quality.

The entire industry associates certification with corporate websites,
and all the people I have talked to about certification feel that the
project is viable because is backed by TDF.

You have Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, Red Hat and VMWare Certified
Professionals, to name a few. All these companies offer certification
though their corporate websites, and people are looking to corporate
websites to find about certification.
