I agree with Florian. The certification program should be on the
LibreOffice domain.

keep in mind that it would then be a totally different website/subsite -
and it's on the TDF branding, whereas the general wish seems to be to move
more towards the LibO one.

Something to discuss at a later stage, I guess :-)
