1. Please tell me when and who said "ownCloud would be perfect".

2. If I go to http://owncloud.documentfoundation.org/common and click 
myself through to 
https://owncloud.documentfoundation.org/public.php?service=files&t=3b219f29a1b7057eeca23ecc6d3d4d84&path=/Website/2013_Website_Redesign 
it works like a charm. Please try again and let me know if it does so 
for you.

It is by _NO_ means appropriate nor helpful to blame the people who work 
night and day to provide tools and infrastructure by telling their tools 
are "near useless".
