here is a proposal. I hate it I don't have any better idea : a popup on
libreoffice asking to  feel the survey.

personnaly i love global menu.And it have been tested by user testing not
by survey :D. I'm sure a survey would have helped make unity more "geek
friendly" by explaining what options are wanted.
