Hi,

I haven't had any general freezes, or freezes when opening files, but I
do note that opening a csv file can sometimes take an unusually long
time before I get the dialog asking me what sort of file conversions to
make (sorry, I forget off-hand what the dialog is called).

Also, I have in the past had a problem with long freezes when copying
data to the clipboard. It was some time ago, and could possibly even
have been pre-LO rather than just previous versions of LO; I certainly
haven't seen it recently. I forget if it was on copy or paste, but when
trying to move some data around between Calc worksheets I would, for no
apparent reason I could ascertain, get long freezes each time I tried
to copy (or cut) and paste data. After a long pause, Calc would resume
normal operation, until the next copy and paste.

Just wondering if others have noticed similar behaviour.

Paul

Changing the memory options did not help.
Is there maybe a way of choosing NOT to display images in a certain
file?

Yes. Go to Tools | Options... | LibreOffice Writer | View | Display,
and untick what you don't need there. But that's not per file, of
course, but per user.

I trust this helps.
