Mijn Duits is niet zo sterk, maar google vertaal heeft mij geholpen :-)
Mooi dat gemeentes overstag gaan en dat ze moeten aantonen waarom open
source niet kan.

. Vooral de "omgekeerde bewijslast" vind ik erg mooi:

"Der Beschluss bedeutet eine Beweislastumkehr zugunsten von
Open-Source-Software und zulasten von proprietärer Software. Die
Verwaltung muss zukünftig für jeden proprietären Softwareeinsatz
begründen, warum keine Open-Source-Software eingesetzt werden kann".
