Das liegt daran, dass du auf "Torrent" geklickt hast. Du musst für
den Download auf "Hauptprogramm" in dem grünen Balken klicken, dann
bekommst du die *.msi-Datei.

Für diesen Download brauchst du einen Client-Programm.
