That is because the page is configured to offer the 4.3 codeline.
What version should be offered on a download page is controlled by the
"codeline to offer on this page" setting.

Please also don't forget to switch the "still" equivalent to 4.3 then.

Please also update the shortcodes for any portable versions you link to.

[portableDL,type="Normal",ver="4.3"] → 4.4 has just been added to the mirrors,
