Hi :)
We all get the message when you send to the list.  Is it trying to save to a
special systems-folder rather than to your "My Documents" or desktop?  Can
you force it to save to your MyDocs?  The whole thing is sounding strange
because it really shouldn't be doing that.  

Perhaps try renaming your UserProfile?

That is often a "magic cure-all" and does what most people think a reinstall
does, ie restores all settings to "factory defaults"
