Hi,

Is there a way to get a copy of these video files from YouTube to a
Ubuntu system, at this time?
I would love to have them on my system for reference without needing to
go to YouTube.

There is an extension for Firefox called DownloadHelper that allows you
to do this. The file is saved as FLV. Additionally, if you have FFMPEG
installed, DownloadHelper can convert the file on the fly to another format.

Alex
Thank you Alex, I did not know of that one. I use mostly security one.
